Do you work with small family farms?

Yes. Stephanie runs her own family farm, and much of her practice is built around small and mid-sized agricultural operations, including farms that host the public for U-pick, tours, and events.

What should an agritourism business have in place legally?

Most agritourism operations benefit from a clear liability waiver, written visitor rules, the right business entity, adequate insurance, and agreements for any events or vendors. Requirements vary by county, so a consultation is the best way to review your specific setup.
